In the event of a return, deductions will include bank fees, our shipping charges, and any customs duties (relevant within Indonesia). We suggest keeping the return value under 10 USD to reduce deductions.

For a successful return, the product should remain as you received it, unaltered, with its tags, and inside its original packaging.
